Data collected

Through the contact form: first name, email address, phone (optional), subject and message. If you write by email, phone or WhatsApp, only the information you choose to send is received.

Please do not send health information in writing: it is not needed to get in touch.

Purpose and legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange an appointment or a workshop place. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and legitimate interest in replying to messages received.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and at most 3 years after the last exchange.

Recipients

Only Caroline Senges has access to your messages. The form is technically processed by the website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), as a processor; this transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

If you use WhatsApp or Instagram, those services' terms (Meta) apply.

Analytics and cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies. If audience measurement is enabled, it relies on a cookie-free tool without individual tracking (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not require consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to carolinesenges@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
